McREL's Balanced Leadership For Technology Institute is a twelve-day
program designed to support school and district leadership as they chart
a course for implementing technology in schools for the 21st century.
The institute is built around the four components of the Balanced
Leadership Framework from the research in School Leadership That Works
(Marzano, Waters, & McNulty, 2003). The training focuses on the role
that leadership practices play in implementing technology initiatives at
the site and district to improve student success.
Session dates are: May 14, 15, 24; July 12, 13, 25; August 16, 17;
September 19; October 29, 30; and November 15.
The Institute is offered by the Los Angeles County Office of Education
in collaboration with McREL. Online registration is available at
